Jonathan is a great all around agent. He's pleasant to work with and makes you feel like he cares. He listens to your wants and needs in a home. Jonathan has a quick turn around with his sellers/buyers and is considerate in giving his opinion, good or bad. I like Jonathan as my agent because he's funny and knowledge. He's a stand up guy who would be there for you. He actually cares very much about the people he works for. Jonathan definitely exceeded my expectations. Being an out-of-town seller there were many logistical challenges that may have been "too much work" for some agents. Jonathan was very helpful in arranging several contractors and services that were necessary to even get the house in a list-able state. He is a great agent and human being! I have been buying and selling homes for 35 years and I have never found a more knowledgeable agent. He knows the market and how to get houses sold! He was always there to answer my questions or offer advice. He kept in contact with me every week my home was on the market. I can't believe he found a buyer for my home so fast. Jonathan is a top notch real estate agent. Since I live overseas, Jonathan dealt with all of the contractors, and spent some of his own time making minor repairs to the home. He handled nearly everything through the transaction making it a very stress free sale.

Jonathan was great. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He called regularly with updates to keep us informed. He responded almost immediately when we wrote/called, even at 5 a.m. Since we moved across the country, he would check in on the house regularly and after storms - he even changed smoke detector batteries and removed snow.

Jonathan has been working with me to market / sell my home. I interviewed several realtors and he came the most prepared and the with the most thorough information on sales that have occurred. I have been impressed by his responsiveness and the fact that he advises, but always leaves the decision up to me. Once we listed he was quickly up and running with getting everything together for MLS and the photos he took of my property were impressive. He is very responsive if I call him and he regularly calls (weekly) to give me an update of what has occurred for the week. As I am out of town he regularly goes by the house to check on it. Due to the timing of listing (late Fall) we have not yet had an offer, so I have rated negotiation skills at 3 stars (although I believe that he will likely be at the full 5 stars based on everything else). I do not typically give reviews, but Jonathan has so exceeded expectations I feel that I would be remiss if I did not. I honestly would give Jonathan a try if you need a realtor.

Jonathan's motto is that he works for you, and he does. He is so good at his job, and knows what he is doing, he didn't only help us buy our new home but he helped us sell our old home. Any questions we had he answered them quickly, he also was there anytime we needed him. He never got frustrated with us if we had a thousand questions or wanted to go look at a house for the third time. If you choose Jonathan you will have more then a Realtor you will have a friend.

Before choosing a realtor I spoke with a trusted friend who was a realtor until recently. He told me that in Spokane, Jonathan was the guy and he highly recommended him. Having someone that I highly respect speak highly of Jonathan sealed the deal and so we invited him to our home to meet. Wow, what an experience. Jonathan came very prepared with all sorts of information that he had researched on our home as well as the types of homes we were looking at. He spent longer than we expected with us to go over everything from the current market to the process and any thing else in-between that we might need to know. Jonathan has a background in computers and after we met he started to receive e-mails of all the homes in the price/area that we were looking. Any time a new listing came on the market we would receive an e-mail with it (he gave us the option of 1 e-mail per day but we wanted to get them as soon as possible). Looking at homes with Jonathan was great. He was always where he said we would meet early and brought with him knowledge of the area and research he had done on each home. Many homes we asked him about he already knew about and the few he didn't he quickly found out for us. The purchasing process is stressful but it was so nice to have someone so knowledgeable and personable to walk you through the process. It seemed like whenever I had a question rolling through my head for a few hours, Jonathan would call and say "just to let you know this is how this works." There are some realtors that work part time or do it as a hobby but that is not Jonathan. This is his full time career so every day he is out there showing homes, watching listings and helping people through the process. With as busy as he is he always was reachable. E-mails were answered promptly as well as calls. I only got his voice-mail once and that call was returned within 15 minutes. The Bottom Line- I have recommended Jonathan to friends and will continue to do so. I have a co-worker who used Jonathan recently and says nothing but good things. If you have read all of this and are still not convinced then just take a little time and meet with him and see for yourself!

Jonathan helps you to understand what you want, but is also willing to work slightly outside of your parameters to help you better understand what you really do need. You won't go wrong by choosing Jonathan.
