Our situation was such that no one was able to be close by during the showing or closing stage, and the Bich’s were like having family there to watch over and help navigate the process. I highly recommend Jonathan Bich! Jonathan Bich and his son are amazing! We are a military family that lived in Japan when we started our house hunt. Because we were on a time crunch, we were not able to see the house in person before buying. However, Jonathan sent listings over to us and if we were interested he would go to them and do a video call with us and show us the house. He was very honest and pointed out things in the home that were of concern. He is definitely on your side. We are first time home buyers as well. He was very helpful with this whole process and very patient with us as well. Answered all of our questions no matter how silly. He truly made buying a home (from overseas) an easier process. He has great connections with all kinds of contractors and inspectors. He worked with our crazy schedule and crazy time differences (16 hour difference). He did great at negotiating with the sellers to get things fixed around the home and the closing costs covered by the sellers. He truly went above and beyond to help us in securing our home! I could go on and on but I’ll end in saying this, he is a great realtor and I will be sure to share his information with everyone! If you are buying or selling a home use him!

Can't say enough how happy I am with Jonathan and Brandon Bich. My older sister fell ill and was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. She passed in October. It was up to me to get her house put on the market. My husband called Jonathan and he answered right away. He came to the house and had a wealth of knowledge to share with us. It was a traumatic time, but his empathy put me at ease and I had a lot of trust that he would be right there for every step needed to get her house on the market. I could call anytime with a question and he would get back to me very quickly. We live in California. We didn't want to go back up to Spokane for every little thing that needed to be done to get the house in shape. Jonathan and his network of people took care of all the cleaning and fixing that was needed to get the house sold. I was so surprised at how little it cost us to have things done for us. Brandon took great pictures of the house, inside and out and I'm sure that other things he did helped to get the house sold sooner than later. The market had started to make a turn downward, but the house sold within a month and closed a month later after that. I highly recommend using Jonathan and Brandon if you want to buy or sell a home.

Jonathan Bich is a wonderful agent. We would recommend him and staff to handle all your real estate needs. We contacted a total of three agents to interview for the sale of our home. Jonathan arrived first and on time; a trait that is important to our family. He was fully prepared with details of our home (permits for past construction projects), information of the current housing marketing and sale trends, photos of our home (aerial), and pricing and comparable sales. The presentation was very well done and thoughtful. The second agent arrived and took a tour of our home. We sat down to discuss her experience and her agency services. She did not have a marketing package or any information on our home. She wanted a second appointment to review her suggestions for the sale of our home. The third agent called us an hour and a half after our set appointment time. Due to personal issues, she had completely forgotten about us and wanted to reschedule.

My husband and I interviewed 5 real estate agents from 5 different companies. They ranged from the inexperienced to one who said if we "just put in $50,000" in renovation he could get us an additional $100,000. Jonathan was upfront and honest with us. He said sell it as it is. He came prepared with an analysis of the home and area. He walked the property, gave us his honest opinion and let us think about it. We decided to wait until the spring because the prospect of competing bids were greater. During that time the house's interior was repainted and we purchased a new refrigerator. After seeing the changes he suggested we increase the purchase price. We received an offer for that price shortly after listing and the closing went seamless. Every week he called or emailed an update: with the number of showings and any prospective buyers remarks on the properties assets or difficiencies, and after accepting an offer the closing status. There were no issues. He was pleasant on the phone and returned calls expeditiously. He is professional and experienced. During this time, when real estate agents are on every corner and each believes they can make a financial windfall; it changes your experience from stressful to soothing to deal with an experienced agent who knows the market, the neighborhood, the contracts and who understands that his ficiduary duty is to the client and not his pocketbook. We would highly recommend him and his son who work hand in hand with each other.

Jonathan Bich did an excellent job helping relatives of mine sell/buy Spokane homes a few years ago. So when we decided to sell 100 acres of long-idle family farm land near Spokane last summer he immediately came to mind, although I had some concern whether he had the necessary knowledge of raw land details to be effective in that market vs homes. That concern was quickly erased after discussion and Jonathan and his son Brandon did an excellent job of selling our 3 parcels for top dollar, in spite of some negative physical features which made the sales challenging. I enjoyed their professional, attentive, and helpful approach and highly recommend Jonathan and Brandon for anyone's real estate needs.
