Jonathan is a great all around agent. He’s pleasant to work with and makes you feel like he cares. He listens to your wants and needs in a home. Jonathan has a quick turn around with his sellers/buyers and is considerate in giving his opinion, good or bad. I like Jonathan as my agent because he’s funny and knowledge. He’s a stand up guy who would be there for you. He actually cares very much about the people he works for. Jonathan definitely exceeded my expectations. Being an out-of-town seller there were many logistical challenges that may have been “too much work” for some agents. Jonathan was very helpful in arranging several contractors and services that were necessary to even get the house in a list-able state. He is a great agent and human being!
